Two Crusaders qualify for Bassmaster Nationals

Buhler’s Nathan Fideldy and Preston Gover qualified to compete in the Bassmaster High School National Championship from Oct. 22-24 on Kentucky Lake in Paris, Tenn.

Fideldy and Gover finished the regular season accumulating  376 of 400 possible points at Kansas BASS Nation’s four high school qualifiers, achieving the title of “Angler of the Year.”

This placement gives them an invite to the state championship at Bone Creek from Sept. 12-13, but also an automatic berth to the national championship at Kentucky Lake.
